Pressing Powder ?

Post by mgmsrk » Tue Nov 29, 2016 2:01 pm

I have started pressing my eyeshadows, in an effort to help simplify things.

Things are going fine in the pressing department however one of my shadows fell out of the pan, it looks like another may go soon.

Anything I can use to glue it back in? I was thinking about a drop of honey, it is the first thing that came to mind that is sticky and non toxic.

I'd toss in a drop of the pressing medium, and see how that goes. Don't use honey because even though it's fairly anti-bacterial it's also a humectant so it will draw some water in from the air, and could cause mold, or the pan to rust.

Thanks, I was thinking that it would not go bad, I never thought it may make the shadow bring in more moisture. Also I need extra uses to use up the honey my bees make.
