If it is possible that is, and there isn`t/wasn`t a huge pigment issue...
It is the purrfect highlighter for my eyes, and I have only crumbles left that I only keep for special occasions because it lights up my eyes like a lightbulb in powdered form!
I have actually tried almost every.single.highlighter you have ever made through the years - via swaps, testerbags and purchases of fullsizes, and they are great. But Bright is seriously the only one that give me the perfect highlight I am craving for my deep green eyes. It was perfect without being too yellow, orange, peachy, white or too sparkly etc...
It was from 2009 collection if I remember correctly, cause I got it in a swap in 2010 and after that it was gone I think?
