And a question - can I use the new primer under the powder foundation? What if I do this?
I am very dry and usually apply the powder right after the moisturizer. Sometimes I add more in the process. Looking forward to your message!

Hi ! On the other hand, could the primer be worn under liquid foundation ? I ordered one but never wear powder foundation
