Outstanding Customer Service

Karen,

I just wanted to thank you publicly for the quick replacement shipment of Vogue, as well as the Tender lippie you put in my package. That was a pleasant surprise. I love lippies :oops:

I was using another mineral company and there customer service was awful. I would place orders and their website would say the package had shipped out and weeks later nothing....Then when trying to go through customer service they would just blame it on USPS. Sometimes it would take well over a month to receive a package. I realize USPS does make mistakes and things get lost, however this would happen a lot.

Anyway, I am so happy I stumbled across your website. I haven't looked back since. All of your products are the best, and the price is so affordable and I love that you take requests from us and try your best make the things that we want.

Makes a *huge* difference, "listening" to customers :-)! There's a good vibe with SN!

I've always had good cs no matter where I shopped, so that's a minimum expectation for me, but it's the give-&-take/listening to customers that sets Silk Naturals several steps above the rest. The question, "What would make things better?" is actually *used* & the response gets attention!

It's been a mighty fun & exciting year!

hear! hear! Karen is the best! :)
I love her shipping times and how she responds to what we want... its just amazing. Plus the fact that she asks for our suggestions in the first place. How many other companies do?

I ordered yesterday morning before 5AM, my order shipped yesterday, & I was playing in new colors by 5 PM today! How's *that* for service?!?

Everything is SO danged pretty I will have a tough time choosing colors tomorrow!
