Light Brunette Brow Cream

Light Brunette brow powder is perfect for dark blondes, or those of us who started out "ash blond" as children but turned into brunettes as we got older. Those of us in the old "Summer" color palette. It's not too light, not too dark. Can the color be duped in a Brow Cream formula?
