I have a 15 year old son that is breaking out mostly around his mouth area
I have a almost 18 year old daughter that tends to get blackheads and breakouts mostly on her forehead..
The both have normal/combo skin... thanks...

Basic skincare needs to include some kind os cleanser and some way to treat and moisturize.
Minimally, I would suggest KISS Cleanser with a foamer bottle AM and PM finished off AM and PM with a simple moisturizer like Hemp. Use BHA Toner at night (allow to treat the skin for about 15-20 minutes before moving to the next step) in between cleansing and moisturizing.
Then, if they are willing, add a serum before moisturizing like Green Tea and Aloe AM and PM.

I had really bad acne as a teenager too, so I can relate. However, it got much better after I stopped using harsh products on it like some of the ones they have in the drugstores marketed towards getting rid of acne. It's important to keep the skin clean but make sure you don't overdo it because that can cause over-drying, which usually makes you break out more.
