cuticle balm

Post by egerandi » Sat Jun 23, 2012 2:35 am

I'm running low on the cuticle balm and I can't find it under skin care or anywhere else on the site. Is it just temp gone or discontinued? I hope it's the former, that stuff is a miracle worker!

i think it doesn't ship well in summer so it's a winter item?

Oh darn. What do you recommend I use until winter shipping comes? I'm down to the last swipes, and it makes a huge difference in not having to get manicures that often.

a black label would probably do about the same thing, but i like the tin of lemon butter cuticle cream offered by a popular mainstream natural company that tends to use a lot of beeswax (so it doesn't get as melty in the summer). It's not as suuuuuuper moisturizing as karen's, but it'll stand up to the 90 degree days we've been having. the lemon pumpkin lip salve karen makes would probably come close too. I've used lip balms and cuticle creams interchangeably when i don't have one or the other on hand since it's all about keeping skin moisturized anyway.

I was thinking the Lemon Pumpkin Salve sounded pretty good, too!

Perfect, I'm reordering that one anyway, so it works out. Thanks, Sam and Jen!
