Any mattes as I find them versatile. I especially like to use mattes in the crease, even if the lid is shimmery.
I always ground a smoky eye with a mid toned matte just above the crease, it works on me anyway.
Bone is going to be one of my first SN eye shadows that I order (I'm a newbie here) because although I am swayed into trying dozens of eye shadows, I know that I will use bone, nearly everyday...

I've been eyeing bone for years (I'm not a big eye makeup person) and just got it a few weeks ago and LOVE IT!!!! It is great and can also be used as a highlighter on your face.bestbeauty wrote:

Yes, JenK that's a good idea, I like multi use products and particularly when I travel, to keep the weight in the cabin bag low. Also this why I will be buying lots of samples sized items, to try and also to travel with....JenK wrote: I've been eyeing bone for years (I'm not a big eye makeup person) and just got it a few weeks ago and LOVE IT!!!! I do like to contour my face too, when time permits.
