Need skin care help

Post by pinkfox » Sun Dec 11, 2011 6:17 pm

My skin loves the new formulation of the Facelift serum and the Camellia Passionfruit Moisturizer. Now that the weather is getting colder I find my face seems tighter and dehydrated, even though it feels supple to the touch. I really like how it looks combined with the Firming Moisturizer, but am I am too sensitive to the Raspberry oil over longer periods of time. Even once a day is getting to be too much. I am considering adding Oatmeal serum under the Camellia Moisturizer and maybe Emu at night. Any other options I should consider?

What you are trying sounds like a good path....especially the Oatmeal Serum. You might also want to give the Argan & Goji Berry moisturizer a try. It seems very rich the times I have tried it, and as soon as the Camellia Passionfruit isn't working for me in the winter weather, it is the one I am going to.....

If you are sensitive to the Raspberry oil in the Firming, perhaps try the Intensive. That's a long-time cooler weather favorite for me. The Argan and Goji cream is also lovely as well. I use it at night. By all means use the Oatmeal serum, because that is also a favorite for me as well. I also mix a few drops of straight Argan oil with the water-based serums before applying the moisturizer. For me, it is not the oils that break me out, it's heavy amounts of wax-based emulsifiers in other moisturizers that really cause me problems.
