There are lots of options because hazel eyes really pop with vibrant colours. A few years ago, the increasing global popularity of Bollywood transformed the fashion for makeup and released the concept of coloured eyeliner into a whole new generation. Now anything goes!
Anything green, teal, purple or golden would look beautiful. One of the joys of minerals is that many of the eyeshadows can be used as eyeliner, so you can play to your heart's content. Just try using a liner brush (I like the angled liner) and slightly damped it - not dripping wet - and dab into minerals. Then dab a line onto the lid. (You probably know the "how to", I just add it incase anyone who reads this doesn't know).
Maybe look at Thea's two newest liner colours, Aurora and Black Ice as they're based on black so it'll be comfortable and familiar for you but they'll also introduce a flash of colour. Some ideas off the top of my head, try Aubergine, Velvet, Bewitched and Prowl for flattering purples, Poly, Kingfisher or Aloha for lively teal greens, maybe Emerald and Sapphire for more classic gem tones. In truth, you can use just about anything to line.
Be aware, the more sparkly and shimmery it is, the less well it sticks and those are more likely to work well if you use Stick 'Em Eyeshadow Base as a 'glue'. (Dab a little in an invisible line along the lash line, then with another dry brush, dab the shadow onto it so that it sticks. Can practice on the back of your hand!). Less shimmery ones stick well enough and last well if 'foiled', that is, applied with just a dampened brush.
