More Lippie Palettes Please!

Post by Maeva » Tue Nov 29, 2011 8:39 am

I am loving this new Holiday Collection Lippie Palette. It is versatile, travel-friendly, the brush is great, and (bonus) no peeling labels! :P
I would like to have more of these, especially an all ALG Palette, but also in other formulas.
Great item Karen!

Out of curiosity, would it be possible to transfer lippies into an empty palette? Kind of smoosh them into a pan and heat them up with a hair dryer (or stick the pan on top of your heater vent/radiator, etc- the point being a more gentle heat, i know we made a cool crayon out of our broken ones that way when we were little).

I have a lot of lippies, and I don't think palettes would take up less space for me (unless i did one of those really big palettes), but i would love to build 1 or 2 of my favorites (gold blush, berry crush, mango, mirage, bombshell, pretty please)- colors that i reach for a lot.

You could totally do that(if blow dryer heat is not enough you could always microwave), there's lot of empty palettes you could buy online, so make one as big or as small as you like.

The one thing I am wondering though is if it can be done with the ALGs, because those have really sensitive ingredients and it says not to even put it in your pocket. But they must have been in melted forum once, right, when they were first made.
I want to melt down a clear ALG and tint it with some mica, but I want to make sure I'm not going to ruin it first.

Yes I agree! More Lippie Palettes. Just Pinks, or totally coral or red would be great too!
