Super serum change?

The one I just received is very different. It's clear and more gel-like. My last, bottle was more liquidy and brown on color. Has the formula changed?

She did have to use a slightly different carbomer (the gel part), but I think that was almost a year ago, due to a change on the supplier's end. The green tea extract came in having a slightly different color than the first year of production runs (common with natural ingredients), and I think it has been that way for almost 2 years.
