Iris and Say Yes

Post by egerandi » Sat Mar 12, 2011 10:40 pm

If anyone has both Iris and Say Yes, could you compare them for me (with or without swatch)? I've been eying Say Yes for a while especially now that I was gifted Nice Girl, but found an almost full container of Iris and I'm wondering if I need both. Irish is pretty matte, about the same texture as Nice Girl, so they would work together.

I also have a bit of Lavender, so if Say Yes is closer to that in color range (but Lavender being darker), that would work too.

Egerandi - have you tried using the filter on the site? Select Eyeshadows. You may have to scroll down a bit to see the filter options on the left hand side of the page. Then choose purples & matte. It shows all 5 mattes in a row. I realize it's not the same as side by side swatches but might help narrow it down for you. HTH

Oh, I didn't think of that! I was comparing swatches to swatches on two different pages, but it helps more to see them all on one page. Despite their finish, Say Yes looks very close to Iris, so I think I'm all set. I'll keep it in the back burner though for when I run out of eye shadows to request with $30 purchase :)

Andrea....what IN the world are you going to do??? I see in the new spring release there are a couple of new purples and some new pinks also that look right up your alley. I can see you trying some of them as blushes????
Have fun!
