Round 4 Sneak Preview!

Post by karen » Thu Aug 21, 2008 12:26 am

I just posted a preview of some of the new things for Round 4 on my blog!
http://silknaturals.vox.com/

And I tried something new over the weekend- I've been using the clear liner sealer as a base because my lids are dry and I like my colors vibrant most of the time- and I find that if I do just a thin coat that it holds as well as I need it to- BUT when I did the Rocker Eye I found that it just didn't blend wonderfully. It's great with our regular formulas, but Rebel just didn't move around as much as I needed it to- so silicones are the better option if you want/need a primer.

I was wandering around the drug store, and Wet N' Wild has a line of cream shadows- I got 4 colors and a highlighter in a palette for $4. As a shadow- they're sheer, not that great of a look- but as a substitute for UDPP it's a pretty good one and you can't beat the price. It's not nearly natural, but as a once in a while type thing, I'm glad I splurged.

I'm drooling already and I haven't even got the wand lippies or F/S of the medium coverage yet. You did Dame - yay!

But the post within the USA - excellent. I placed an order for a care package for a friend just before the e/s sample sale ended, and she got it on Monday - that was wonderful!

Me - I don't even bother to stalk the postman anymore but I know stuff will get here eventually. You did Dame. You did Dame. W00t!!!!!!! :D

Looks like new colors I will just have to have! The purples and blues look extra yummy and I love the pearl finish of the Grease collection.
