More cool toned blushes and lippies please

I LOVE purpley-plummy-mauvey colors of anything...lipgloss, blush, eyeshadow. Sometimes if they have a reddish undertone in them they don't look right on me though. I tried Pretty Plum blush, but it was a little to red on me. I would love to see more cool toned blushes (I loved Tart). To compare shades in another brand, you could look at Bare Escentuals Heaven blush. It's heavy on the bluish-mauvey side, but a great cool toned blush. One question though...I tried Strawberries and Champagne and Rich blush. LOVED the colors, but I had a hard time getting them to show up on me. Is there any way you could offer the same shades with more pigment vs. the sheer versions? For reference I am fair to medium toned (12 ivory full coverage: 1 Ebony : 2 warm gold).

I loved Infatuation lippie, but I tried Sweet Nothing and it was a little too reddish brown on me. I have an order in for more cool toned lippies. can't wait till they come. Those lippies feels soooo good on!

I would love to hear any feedback or suggestions about all that.

Hi, Deb! Take a gander at Carnal blush. I liked BE's Heaven,too, & Carnal is my replacement choice. Another that I love is Vino ~ beautiful color & shows up nicely on medium skin. The Vino's not like Heaven but you need a sample of it just because!!!

I haven't ried Carnel yet, but I absolutly love Vino. It is must have ( especially for those of us with medium or darker skin tones.)

Hollis, I agree about Vino wholeheartedly! Until I tried that one, though I LOVED the colors of the others swiped on my hand & in the pot, they didn't show up on my skintone. The Vino was the exception, & I love it! The newer blushes show up & they are fabulous! Never *was* a blush ho til SN came along. :oops:

I too have a problem with the blushes showing up on me...I loved the colors Rich and Strawberries and Champagne, but I could not see them on. I'm pretty fair, so it's hard for me to go too too dark. I can't wait to try carnal. I'll get a sample of that and vino. Is vino pretty reddish toned on? That's the only thing that worries me.

Deb ~ Vino has more red than Carnal, but is mauvey to me & has almost a hint of bluish sheen which is why you really need a sample! It's nice & cool ~ I really think you'll enjoy it. It's a very, very pretty color on.

Alright, alright, twist my arm. Are there any other blush colors that show up well on you? I'm not limited to plums. I like to experiment.
