Thanks Devlyn, and it is really pretty :)
superwahz wrote:Ohhh, Liberty is so pretty! I didn't realize it's lighter than TT. I use TT every day, but I have it blended into a custom blend finishing powder with the zinc because it's too dark on my skin by itself. I'll have to pick up Liberty at some point soon I guess! Thanks for swatching that MLH!
You are most welcome superwahz :D
I can really recommend it, at the very least a sample of it so you can see if it something you can use without mixing it with something else. I don`t mind mixing, but there is great to have something that can be used straight up from the jar:)

Trainer wrote:I asked this on another thread, but...

Does anyone know how long Zinc Powder lasts? I bought some last summer and didn't use it when the weather got cold. Should I buy a fresh one now or can I finish the old one? Thanks!
I am not sure, but since pure Silk Powder have a shelf life of around three years I can`t imagine the Zinc powder have any shorter shelf life than that since it is a inert mineral...? If it was me I wouldn`t hesitat to finish it before getting a new jar. But if you are not sure and would like to get a answer from her you could email Karen and ask her :)

Thanks so much for taking the time to post the info and pictures. I will order a sample in my next order. I HATE the discoball look even on younger people, why cover your face in glitter.

I can get away w/ TT alone if I just use a dusting and pp can show up white, so Liberty may just be perfect.

THANKS!!
You are so welcome, glad I could help out :D

I am not fond of the discoball look either, because I have combination skin and REEEEEALLY do NOT need any extra help looking, uhm...shiny... lol!

Does anybody tint their zinc powder and wear it alone without foundation? Its been so hot here already I have found the zinc powder mix with my warm gold covers lightly and feels wonderful on hot days!

I tint my zinc powder (and my oil control primer) to take the white edge off of it, but it doesn't give me enough coverage for my comfort to only use it. If I had nicer skin, I probably would, though.

I got a full-size of it because of the description! Liberty really is perfection, a swipe on top of my foundation and I look brighter and fresher, but not shiny or glittery.
if it's not going to be around too much longer I might just have to stockpile...

It has been around for a while, now. I think we need to edit that description. ;)

That's weird that you can't use tempt tryst, Superwahz, I always think of you as being similar in colour to me, but it looks fine on me... I do apply lightly with a foptic over foundation though, I think if I applied it really heavily then it wouldn't work.

Zinc oxide is a mineral, so you can definitely use last years :) I just dug my last years sample (which I found too drying at the time, but it has been super hot here and I am not in any way dry, lol) and it worked fine on my face and décolleté on Sunday (I didn't put any on my shoulders and got sunburnt though :( )

It is so going to be my sunscreen this year! I am acne prone and ingredient shy, so sunscreening myself sucks!
