Aww Karen, your story is so cute. You've come a long way! What really sets you apart from other MMU companies, imo (and I'll be nice and not name names! lol) is that you really seem to care and appreciate your customers. That's not to say I haven't encountered other awesome companies, I am a loyal follower of one other brand, but you're very hands-on and involved with your customers and care what we have to say, what we like, what we don't like, and you always strive to do better. We appreciate it. Your makeup is awesome of course, but sometimes I think I'm just loyal to you because of the kind of person you are. After all, you did take in all of us "refugees" about a year ago and not only welcome us, but ask us what you were missing. Other companies probably wouldn't have care about that.

I made another order in July for more skin care samples... and in Sept 2009 splurged on a $139.60 order. I bought mostly skincare, and I didn't know that the free e/s was for every $30 spend so I was quite surprised that I received 4 free e/s. Out of the 4, only 1 was my choice but the other 3 e/s (crush, heart throb & wildcat) remained my faves till now.

My first order was October 12, 2009. I made this order after I won a contest that I heard about from the now defunct "other" forum. I'm soo glad I heard about it because I've been an addict ever since. The contest was a fun one...I think it was a scavenger hunt around the site and unscrambling the letters found to make a sentence.

My very first SN order was in December of 2007. I was friends with JenW from another MMU board and she was raving about SN, and that convinced me to order. Previously I had been a very loyal customer of the *company that must not be named*, and been involved in a contest there, and felt like I had been treated very shabbily. Also the makeup was starting to make my eye area itch and peel.
I ordered Birthday Suit, Perfecting Powder, and about 3 blush samples.
I was due to have a hysterectomy January 3rd, 2008, and I was damned if I was going to look like hell in the hospital. So I brought my SN, and even though I felt like crud......I looked great!
I gave away all my other MMU, and haven't looked back.

I've been eyeing SN since 2008, but I was sure I won't be able to mix a foundation by myself (still haven't found my HG, but enjoy the process that much that the result doesn't matter ) and there were so many things I was overwhelmed and tried smth "easier".
