Multipurpose Creamy Concealer Palette

Post by feyith » Fri Oct 22, 2010 3:31 pm

Hi Karen,

Thank you so much for making the creamy concealers in so many different colors. I love them! The only problem is I've found I need extra light peach, yellow and beige for covering up dark purple and blue under eye circles, medium peach for blending in creepy prominent veins, green for blemishes and red spots, and light peach for all over touch ups. So for what I need, I'm best off ordering a sample size of each color (no way would I ever be able to use up a full size of every one) and then scooping all of the little dots into a single pod.

I understand samples end up costing the company money, so I was wondering if this is something that others would want to buy purposefully made in a full size or am I the only weirdo with like 20 different undertones and circles and veins and things to correct? The cost would theoretically be the same but more product variety and way less packaging. :)

If I remember correctly, a while back there were requests for the eyeliners to come in a palette similar to this idea. Great, but there were difficulties finding an appropriate palette to package them in that didn't require SN buying in bulk many thousands of palettes. It'd be a lovely idea but if anything causes a hiccup, it could be the packaging itself. Yet Karen's nothing if not resourceful...

If Karen could find a way to package it, I would love to have a multi concealor pallette. I still want the eyeliner one too! :)

Oh, I totally wouldn't mind it all just haphazardly mooshed together into the current container. That's all mine is right now anyway.

I wonder if a palette can't be found, if there is any way to swirl them together is a shallow jar, or the cream blush packages, sort of like how Physician's Formula packages some of their correctors? All colors in one might be too much for those little squares, but maybe it would work in sets of 3? Like one square containing Extra Light Peach, Light Peach, and Medium Peach, maybe each in a stripe... Then the other with beige, yellow, and green? 2 containers is better than 6, right? ;)

Not sure if the formula would allow them to be poured that way though...if it is really runny when warm it could be impossible to meld them together in a package.

I agree. Maybe a little piece of paper or cardboard in between if they're too runny?

Actually , I think I remember Karen saying that the squares stacked together. If they do, then a stack of 6 wouldn't be to bad.
