Just wanna say that it's great to cut down on your environmental footprint. But as someone who just received her very first SN parcel, I'd think a personalised note more lasting as far as brand loyalty goes.

I'm not saying as a separate piece of paper or anything, even a bit of scribbling of a thank-you note on the top of the order sheet would have made my day (or I'm easy to please :lol: ).


Actually my order could only fit into 2 pages, but it was not double-sided printing which would have cut down environmental impact even more. Not sure how it would affect shipping and processing of orders though.

You're absolutely right- I dropped the ball on having it added to the invoices. We really do appreciate each and every order, and we should be saying that somewhere. It was always the plan, and I'm back on top of it now. Thank you so much for the reminder.

Just returned from a long trip and seeing how things are changing is a great pleasure))

But I was so touched when I received my first greeting card... Maybe you keep it for the new customers only?

The mix is pale and does't look yellow
