Hi Laurie, I have been SORT OF successful. I haven't bought a pack for myself, and I haven't asked for cigs from others, but I've continued to accept them most (but not all!) times they are offered to me socially. IDK, I guess it has gotten easier to just be like, meh, I don't have any, and I don't need any. I still enjoy smoking with others though, and I haven't wanted to get serious about giving that up.

This means that I had probably the equivalent of one pack last month. IDK, I'd like to do better, but I'm not ready to be absolute about it.
