Question about the foaming bottle

Post by Pomi » Tue Mar 02, 2010 8:40 am

I got one a few weeks ago and use it every day, but last week it started misfunctioning.
When I push the pump thing down it just stays down instead of getting back up as it should.
Is there anyway I can fix it?

I haven't had this problem with my SN foaming bottle but I am having it with another one I own. I am also listening intently.

The first one I had was absolutely fine, but I left it somewhere. The one I have now's been sticking down since the off, I've just been pushing it back up again lol..

Is it gunked up? Cleansers are sticky...and it may be preventing it from coming up. You can try running it under hot water and see what happens- that may work. The other option is that you got a dud. If it's a dud, just email me through the site.

i've had 2 or 3 like that. i just push them back up, i think it's the nature of the bottle- haven't tried to fix them really...

I have one that does that. I think it's like Karen says, the cleanser is a bit sticky and gunks it up. I notice the problem even more when the mixture I put in it isn't thin enough. To stop it I just take the top off and soak it in a sinkful of hot water for a bit, seems to help things work as good as new! I think foaming bottles are really moody about working in general. :P
