Stranded on an Island...what colors would you bring?

Shadows: Basalt, Brimstone
Blush: Climax
Lippie: Rare Berry
Candy: Cadbury Snack

These are what i would want (need!), based on what i use the most. But it's not really useful for a kit because you probably wouldn't want to use basalt and brimstone together.

Y'all are cracking me up! I can just see the SN girls lined up- "no really I'm a natural J cup- I take after my grandmother"- my personal answer for the deserted island question is always a fully staffed yacht, but nope couldn't live without at least a few lippies, and of course Diet Coke.

Weirdly, I did Bare and Idolize today too - it's a very nice combo, with the additional bonus that one could use Bare as an overall wash. Lippie is XOXO, and Pretty Plum for a blush. Definitely a winner for cool-toned skin.

Yay! glad you like the combo too... cos its a frequent go to when I'm too lazy to think about what to do.

I do - it's an easy one, and it looks really nice. I'm pretty sure almost anyone could manage it, with maybe either Mahogany or Tarnish as the liner? Film Noir might work, too, but black is a bit harsh on me.

How I might do a kit (seriously)

Three eyeshadows - in this case, Bare, Idolize, and Whisper (day-to-night look)
Cream Liner (Mahogany) - this could be an option, maybe, slightly reduced price if you buy with the kit?
Two blushes (Baby Doll and Pretty Plum?)
Two lippies (XOXO and Berry Crush)

Because there are women out there whose houses aren't overflowing with minerals, and they don't want them to be (how sad ). But it's true - and a daytime/night-time combo of e/s, blush (maybe half the regular size blush?), an eyeliner, and a couple of lippies would either meet their needs, or enable them to become addicts in lippie-land like the rest of us

Isn't it funny.. i own NONE of the colours you would have in a kit. And wouldn't buy them. I guess that really shows the difference in what colours suit people with warm and cool skintones.

In terms of a generic warm skintone kit i would have:

Three eyeshadows: Basalt, Sandstone Shimmer or Honey, and Bittersweet (or Sunlit bark or Luxe or... some mid-brown. Or a lighter brown i guess. I like my eye colours darker generally, so i'm a bit biased)
Cream liner: Espresso (but then wouldn't need basalt as an eyeshadow)
Blush: Climax and Wish You Were Here or Sassy
Lippie: Rare Berry (which i know wouldn't be an option cos it's LE but.... it's my favourite!) um... maybe Gold Blush or Foreplay. I don't know many of the lippies really.

I love Grassroots Green and Brimstone at the moment... though they are probably not what you would want in a kit. But they're fun!

Hmmm...how about Grassroots Green, Luxe, and Sunlit Bark? Though I'm wondering about a golder colour instead of Luxe - but that would definitely be a great one-colour wash, and you could go day-to-night if you used the Sunlit as a crease colour with it maybe. And Espresso as an optional liner colour.

Sassy and Climax sound good - OR - Sassy and Lovelace.

Gold Blush and Foreplay. Or maybe Berry Crush?

Yup. That works
