Using Pore Refining Toner like Mac's Fix+

Post by pinkpomelo » Mon Oct 12, 2009 10:45 pm

I got my SN haul and this time I included a spray top for the Toner. This morning, I decided to lightly spray my flat top brush and go over my SN foundation. Wow. I like the effect! Somehow, it makes it more smooth and a couple of hours later, my make up still looks clean and fresh.

I have pretty dry mature skin myself and wondered how to use SN foundation. I have it in heavy formula because the other two options aren't covering enough, but I find this drying. I have previously used Lauress Ethereal and EM various formulas.
I tried your tip and liked it; my skin doesn't look nor feel that dry and tired after working nine hours.. I have liked the Pore Refining Toner from the first bottle and now it is a multi-purpose product!
Does the kabuki have to be washed very often now, does it harbour bacteria easily?

I would probably wash the brush no less than once a week, faithfully. I think the liquid might contribute slightly to more bacteria growth, but if you are using a preserved product, it should be minimal.
