Is there a less-warm e/s similar to Papyrus?

Post by zeebs » Sat Jan 16, 2010 12:39 pm

I tried Papyrus and it is SO close to what I was looking for, except it's too warm. I want a champagne color that is not too cool and not overly warm. I wear gold well but it can't be too warm (my wedding band is peach gold because both yellow gold and white gold look odd on me). Silver is trickier as it often looks too cool and ashy. Suggestions?

Maybe Sonic? I think Velocity would be too warm, as would Purr. Have you tried the Splendid perfecting glow as a highlighter? That's pretty close. Not exactly, but close.

Totally off topic here, but where did you find peach gold? I have never heard of that it sounds so lovely.

The texture of Papyrus is kind of unique......maybe this is something for the wishlist.....adding in a little lavendar or pale blue might cool it off in a pinch. If you give it a try, do a few shakes iof Papyrus and a light lavendar or pale blue color in another container and see what it does.
