Well I went to the MAC counter today...it was illuminating to say the least. Xraisondetre and Egerandi- you're both right. Vogue and Legend are dead-on for the two deeper shade sticks. The closest to Nurture is Cashmere- but they're different enough- it looks like there's some copper interference in it. I didn't buy it because it just didn't "wow" me enough for the price- I think I can get close, or do better (their MUA's drive me crazy at that counter- they're really nice in Syracuse and MAC pro both in Toronto and NYC but they're just overly snooty at most of the others I've been to). The lightest gold is similar to Silence- but their gold is very very canary yellow and Silence is a bit more of a muted gold.

Thanks for the comparisons on colors, Karen! I usually go to the MAC counter at Nordstrom at The Westchester in White Plains. Their MUA have been really nice, down to earth and not pushy and I've been going there since it opened in 97 or 98. It's a great mall, like being on Madison or Fifth Avenue, without the extra drive! Hope you're staying warm in this brutal weather we're having. Happy New Year!
