I'm pretty new to this forum although I'm not a new customer by any means. I'm actually going to try mixing my own shade as soon as I finish my cart and place my order. But I just wanted to say a big THANK YOU to Silk Naturals, Karen, Jen, and anyone else that I'm supposed to thank for making this forum available for me and anyone else who wants to come here and just talk. I too am a refugee from the forum that must not be named and I'm so happy to have found this one and the new one created by Chanty (I don't think we've actually decided on the new name yet). It's great to come and talk about makeup and beauty and whatever with you all without the threat of censorship and banning. It's nice to see a company respect and value it's customers.

Just had to chime in again how impressed I am with SN. They are so involved with the forum and REALLY do care what their customers think and welcome their input. Karen, you are one exceptional lady! We, your customers, appreciate all your hard work to help us feel more pampered and pretty.

Aaaawwww. Thank you so much for the kind words. I really have to pass along most of the credit to Jen and everyone else who posts, and takes the time to email. We wouldn't have a forum if Jen hadn't stepped up and volunteered. She's my rock. The rest comes from YOU! I pretty much just do what people tell me to do, with some basic human decency thrown-in.

Yes! I am so impressed by SN. I have only been around for a week or so but I feel like every concern I've had has been timely and adequately addressed and every item that was even remotely hinted at on my wish lists has been done. Now that is customer service! Wow!!! Thank you, Karen and Jen!
