Hi Karen,
I just saw an old post regarding samples and how they actually lose the company money. Is there an option to put in a donation when we are making orders? I know personally it takes me several months to go through the smallest sample of the product that I use the most frequently, so that's why I don't tend to order full sizes of stuff. Also, with SN in particular I'm still going through that excited must-find-my-colors/ooh-look-a-pretty/must-try-everything phase. I feel bad if I'm not even paying for the overhead on my orders, let alone the amazing products that I am getting out of them. Or does it help offset it enough if I buy like an eye shadow or a lip gloss here and there? I don't want to be that sample ho who breaks the system.

I think you will be fine by getting a full size here and there. Also, it is part of the reason why we limit samples. We want everyone to be able to try the foundations, finishers, blushes, skin care, etc. for a reasonable price. And then if the product works for them, they are encouraged to purchase a full size if they want more. Samples are important, and Karen knows this. She also wants you to be happy with your full size purchase, and sampling is part of it. Not every product will work for everyone.

That's so sweet of you, but not necessary at all. We want you to be really excited and get lots of different samples! SN wouldn't survive without getting the "ooh pretty, I need that" reaction, or happy customers that keep coming back. Don't hold back on our account.

I think feyith might be one of the nicest people I've ever met.
I plan on ordering for years to come because I love the products, and I hope that makes up for all the samples I've ordered, haha.

I love the samples that come with every order because sometimes they are things I would not ever think of trying, but they turn out to be fab and I have to have it!
....and I second Feyith you are super nice

I've been pretty lucky with companies - I've done my share of sampling, but there's always been something (soap, a brush, whatever) that I order a full-size of with - I get the guilts over just ordering samples, too.
But you're bound to find something here you can't live without a full-size of - don't worry about it. I like samples, too
