Re: Mystery Adventure Club
I am not signing up yet, I still have many more orders to place. Once I run out of those, I will be signing up.

I signed up. I like surprises.

Re: Mystery Adventure Club
I am thinking I might sign up too, just because I want tons of stuff and can't decide what to get. This way, all the decision-making is out of my hands

Foundation mix: 8:1 Heavy:Buttery Gold
All purpose mix: 7:1.5 Ivory:Buttery Gold

After some debating....I signed up. I think it will be money well spent in the sense that I will get a package once a month....hopefully it will help me with my NO BUY I am putting on myself after Christmas!!! I love surprises and makeup on top...who can beat that!?!

Yay, dh has said he will sign me up as a christmas present (he hates my makeup addiction, and he also hates buying gifts that he hasn't thought of himself, so this is very nice of him
) I can't wait!

That's actually a good thought. I had to stay far away from here for months when I did my no-buy, because I was afraid if I saw anything I fancied, I'd be sunk. But if you have a package with four nifty limited edition eyeshadows (or whatever else Karen may dream up for GWPs - they'll be cool, whatever they are) coming every month, you don't feel quite so deprived, or like you have to stay away from all sites and forums makeup.Babydoll wrote:After some debating....I signed up. I'm still undecided. My heart says "yes please" but my empty bank account says "think of the quarterly bills". I could manage monthly payments but not quarterly in advance, right just now of all times. There's nothing else I need to buy - although I fancy picking up Splendid and Liberty - and it'd do me good to have a no-buy until each new collection comes out next year. That helps me to rediscover all the things in my stash that I loved and overlooked when something new came along. Some I haven't even opened yet!
Plus I've benefitted from the most heart-warming, extraordinary generosity recently with regard to new SN colours, so I am in no way missing out if I need to pass up this time. That said, next time I'll be saved up and ready!

I finally went ahead and ordered. It will be part of my Christmas present. My DH is going to make a card for it. My kids will want my opening something. I ordered the summer lovin' kit yesterday so that can go under the tree too. It will be a sn Christmas for me. I can't wait to see what lovely items Karen will have in store.

I think it will be fun too. I have loved all the gwp I have gotten so far. I didn't open the last two though since I am putting them in the pile of things for my Christmas gift. The mystery club will be part of my gift so I wanted to be sure and have something actually under the tree for the kids to see me open.
