The site let me review the lippies, but nothing else for some reason (Karen did put in a few extras for me, but it wouldn't even let me review the other things that I ordered myself). Favourite lippie of the six Kiss Blisses I've got so far: Mesmerising, hands down. This is a GREAT colour, and it doesn't make you look like you've been sucking on a grape popsicle. Dark plum with enough pink to keep it fresh - can I give this one ten stars? It's really that good, and if you have Pretty Plum, Carnal, or Babydoll, you need it. Does for dark plum what Hot Blooded does for red.
Haven't done anything with eyeshadows yet, but I did try Petal and the bronzers. Petal is great, even if you're cool-toned. Beautiful natural pink flush for the fairest princesses of them all (I'm not even wearing foundation today and it looks good). If you're light medium it's buildable, and if you're as pale as me, it's goof-proof. Pair it up with Beach Bunny! Yes. You CAN wear this bronzer. You can even contour with it and look fine in real life as well as on camera. Not orange, and not muddy - the natural glow thing again. Perfection.
I still can't figure out exactly what colour XOXO is - sort of pinky, a little mauvey, but it definitely works great with Petal.
Capricious was a nice surprise. I can wear it fine, and it's a really nice bright pinky coral. On the warm side, but not so much you can't pull it off if you're cool. Up to you, though.
Fearless - what can I say? I need to buy an outfit to go with this! But not for the faint of heart.
Tickled Pink is like Pout, only stronger. I'd love to see a cooler pink that's along the same lines as Berry Crush, but I have no complaints on this one.
Don't care for Grace as much but I gave it five stars and I'm not cheating. Tell you why. Anyone who's been around here for a little bit knows my tastes run slightly to the - shall we say - flamboyant? I really don't think they do but they seem to compared to most women. Trust me though, I wouldn't be caught dead in aqua lipstick or the like. BUT - a lot of women like a conservative lipstick. And Grace fits the bill perfectly for a YLBB soft pink - a little shine, a little cover, but not much at all. Even you - yes, you, with all the co-ordinated browns and neutrals in your make up bag - will NOT feel the least bit self-conscious wearing this one, I promise! And it's a pretty shade, it'll suit just about anyone. I think it's something i'd wear with a dusting of Date Bait and a touch of Beach Bunny, and that'd be my entire look for a casual day.
Tahiti Sweetie is too dark for me, but I think if you're light-medium to medium-toned, this would be the bronzer for you - or you could try mixing the two, I think that would work, too. No orange AT ALL.
I'll try to play with the eyeshadows and liners tomorrow if I get the chance.
