I got Bloom today and although I like it I was hoping it was going to be lighter and sheerer and a little glossier.(That's what you had found as well) I bet that rose quartz would be perfect. I put shine on top of bloom and it helped a bit. I think you're right about sparkle I want a sheer pink as well.
