Hi all, the products from Silk Naturals has really inspired me to get more into natural skincare. I'm now interested in buying some herbal salves.
This was kickstarted by my suffering an awful skin rash that wasn't relieved (pain, itching, redness) by prescription-strength hydrocortisone nor a topical analgesic nor an ice pack. It wasn't until I used a comfrey-based salve by Burt's Bees that I got any relief.
I'm going to tap the collective knowledge base of this forum to ask, where do you think is a good place (retail or online) to find a large selection of cheaply priced salves? The cheapest I've found is $4.25 for 1.25 ounce from Quiet Creek Herb Farm.
Herbal salves source???

I've never used their salves and i never could convert myself to shampoo bars but i love all their other products (facial soaps, lip balms, bath melts, shampoo bars for dogs which really saved my dog's skin after a horrible flea infestation last summer)

All of those are pretty reasonable... I don't know exactly how much.
I know this is an older thread but I figured this might be helpful to others?
