I currently use Everyday Minerals, and am mixing Buff Light Neutral/Buff Beige Neutral/Olive Sweet Almond. Yikes!

Another newbie- foundation help *pic*
Hi all! I've heard a lot of good things about Silk Naturals' foundation, so I'm going to be putting in an order in a few days! I have problems getting a good match with foundations. I am Japanese, but foundations that work for many Asians can be too yellow to me. Many warm foundations are too orangey, and cools are way to pink! I know, I'm complicated. I currently use Everyday Minerals, and am mixing Buff Light Neutral/Buff Beige Neutral/Olive Sweet Almond. Yikes! I'd like to know where to start when I'm mixing.

Hi.....I think you will fall in our Olive range based upon what you have told me. I am guessing it will be just a little darker than what I use.....1Olive:10-12 Ivory. I am about a 1:14.

I think you are right about the Olive. I never considered myself an olive, but with EDM, those were some of the best color matches. I do think we have a similar undertone (found some of your pics in the FOTD thread). I feel so much better having a starting point at least!
