Ghost congrats. You really are an inspiration.

Jen W. , You mentioned awhile back that you were doing Walk Out on the Wii for your exercise . Do you like it? I have considered ordering it,since none of the stores around here have it, but don't want to spend the money and then not enjoy it.

I absolutely love it.....I have gone from couch potato to exercising at least 6 times a week since mid-January. I usually do over 7500 steps a session. And I use all of the songs that are over 130 beats per minute. (Most of the songs you collect in the game). I just actually finished an 8400 step tour on the fastest songs and I am tired!

Thanks,Jen. Guess I will have to seriously consider this one. I LOVE to walk, but our HATE the treadmill! Luckily it is warm enough to start walking outside now, but this would be a good option for winter.

Hey karen and all

sorry for the MIA but it's just been a weird month................not 'someone I love been hurt' bad just 'one of those months'. Someone stole my credit card details, bank wasn't helpful, lots of stress. AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH. I just read your post today karen, sorry. but all's not bad I have been on holiday so for me march has flown by.

So here's an update:
9th March - gained a pound
16th March - holiday
23rd march - gained 4lbs
and today ladies I have lost 5lbs yay :)

Good new is I have brought a bike and I am starting to ride to work. I could not bee happier at having a bike again. I'm hoping I can do a steady weight lost and not lose big amount then stay the same for a while or worse gain - eeeeppppppp

Ugh I'm so sorry that your card was stolen. Didn't that happen to you last year too? Those dirty dogs- grrrr.

No apology necessary at all...I just wanted to let you know we were thinking about you. It really is inspiring to see your posts.
Congrats on 5 lbs! That's amazing :)

Well done, I am so happy for you!! :)

Sorry about the stolen card!
People who do things like that should be sentenced to clean public toilets for a year!
ONE year of toilet cleaning for each stolen card.
That`ll teach`emm...
