Went back to the Adagio store last week to stock up on some teas. I've been enjoying going there in person than ordering online. If only all online retailers would have freestanding shops right near me...or, maybe not, I'd tend to spend more.

Anyway, they had some great samples of iced tea available. We tried a lot of them, and they were delicious. Lots of yummy iced green teas.

Got my usual Assam, Ceylon, jasmine pearl, rooibos varieties, and Earl Grey, but also picked up some lovely blood orange tea, Fujian Ti Kuan Yin, and Anhui Keemun. Fujian Ti Kuan Yin is an oolong. It smells beautiful! Hard to describe, floral/greeny maybe and then mellows into more fruit, maybe melon. Anhui Keemun is a black tea, slightly peppery, very chocolately, and sort of mellows into more red wine. Also, very hard to describe! Was on the hunt for a lychee tea there, but they didn't have anything close. If anyone has a good rec. for lychee tea, I'm all ears! :D

All right...my tea obsession is definitely out of hand.

I find my favorite places to order are Harney & Son's, Upton Tea Imports, and I have been having fun with the blend your own options at Ovation Teas. (The blend your own thing must be ingrained in my being at this point!) I have a few others that are on my list to try at some point, but for now, I just need to realx and have a cup of tea...or several hundred! LOL!

The latest tea I got from Whole Foods is Republic of Tea(my fave brand) Raw Green Bush Tea in the Plantain Coconut flavor. It is green rooibos tea, which I had not tried previously, I've only tried the red and I do like that one a lot.
The verdict is: it is oh so yummy! If you like banana and coconut, you will like this :) And it also smells amazing.
