Try KISS cleanser. For toner, pH balanced, but at some point try the BHA. It should help with acne. Just take it slow on use. You might never go much past once every other day. Start with evenings only, every third day. Oatmeal Serum should be good one. Green Tea & Aloe is another serum that is ...

asrsquared- The easiest place to start is the Original sample kit. I can't really tell if you will be an Ebony or an Olive. The Original formula is the most forgiving in color, and also in going on in light layers.

20 will be the lightest......I think you are right. 30 will be spot on, and 40 with some sun.
I don't find Maiden very shimmery, but I generally don't mind a small amount.

I think Neutral and Golden. 20-ish range for the HDC foundation.
For lips, AuNatural VLS (velvet lip stick), and maybe Camisole. the Velvet Mattes have pretty good staying power. At least try one.
