Re: Red lip color for a super-pale redhead
have you considered tease? according to its description it is specifically targeted at "pale girls with yellow undertones - Irish, Scottish, Scandinavian, Eastern European" and on me (pale and yellow) it comes off as a really nice light, sheer red. i also love strawberry fields, which (on ...

Re: Rouge cream blush from late August 2011
i really like the rouge cream blush, too - both on my cheeks (very sparingly) and as a subtle red lip stain. it's not as harsh as candy apple, which always makes me look sick and feverish

Re: Lippies, lippies, lippies...
We've finished the conversion of Vegan Lip Glosses over to the Slick Sticks, and all of the lipsticks over to the new formula. Everything but Fashionista, Sultry and Bombshell have been poured. I'm wondering if Bobbi and Fashionista are making into the new formula? I was just about to replace them ...

Re: Can anyone compare Frisk, Goddess, Frenchie? or Motive/N
they are all quite different, both in colour and texture: frisk: light peach pearl (the darkest in the bunch) goddess: cream (with peach undertones) satin (almost matte, but not flat) frenchie: light pink (almost white base with pink undertones) pearl motive: taupe (with minimal pink undertones) pea...

Re: Replace Menage?
yep, my menage also turned bad on me some time ago :( bobbi was the first thing that came to my mind, then cultured. also mirage turns slightly plummy - or mauve actually - on my lips. i swatched a few of the lippies you mentioned, next to my suggestions (except bobbi, which i cannot find at the mom...

Re: A nice red lip color
judging from your foundation mix, i'd say you should look for warm and neutral colours mostly. strawberry fields is labelled as neutral, and i find this to be true. i generally think that you cannot really go wrong with sheer lip colours, since they let your natural lip colour shine through and ther...

Re: A nice red lip color
i find strawberry fields to be an extremely wearable red. it's sheer and nicely balanced in tone, so it's easy to pull off
also, incite and peachy keen are nice sheer reds, but slightly more on the orange side.

Re: Lippies, lippies, lippies...
Karen, will Broadway be coming back in another form eventually? It is such a stunning color. I would hate to see it gone forever. I'm not sure I'll ever use my tube up (partially because it's large but also partially because I'm lazy and stick lippies are so much easier on-the-go) :) but I would lo...

Re: Overwhelmed...
that's not silly at all!! everytime karen releases a new collection, i feel very similar. i learned to cope with it by making good use of the wishlist function. if i'm not shopping for anything specific, i go through the products category by category. if something looks interesting, i open it in a n...
