What do you think of cornstarch in your makeup?
I was wondering if anyone personally experiences breakouts with cornstarch before I use it (its in a powder I'm considering using and high on the list). I know many websites like zerozits, etc... say that it is comedogenic, since acne bacteria thrive off of it..... but I want to hear peoples persona...

aud,
I'm interested in Devita as well. Do you know if it seems suitable for skin with acne?

Re: Should I switch moisturizers?
JenW,
That's a good point. I might just try a more moisturizing serum, like oatmeal and not oil. I've also gotten less dry by adding more water to my kiss cleanser. I'm very curious about the Vitamin C as well, but I may have to wait till the winter is over to try that one.

POLL:How do you get your sun protection?
I'm shopping for a new sunbloack and I'm curious which brand (if any) sunblock all of you use, or do you forgo it and hope your mineral powder is doing something to block the sun?

Should I switch moisturizers?
In general I have oily skin, but Retin-A makes me a little dry. In the morning I wash with Kiss Cleanser I use the Green Tea and Aloe Serum, followed by Hemp Moisturizer, and that at least makes my skin feel comfortable until the oil kickes in 2 hours later. I'm wondering if I should switch moisturi...

Re: Foundation Recipes :-)
Ok, so I think I got my color figured out for the most part. I'm using 1 scoop of Buttery Gold with about 5 scoops of the Medium Coverage, but I think there is a problem with the finish. In general I love all matte makeup, and shun anything remotely dewy looking since I can get very oily, that is un...

Anyone have experience getting rid of pitted scars?
I have some pitted scars on my face from acne, and together the scars take up an area of a little larger than a quarter. There is no skin discoloration or "dark spots, " just pitting which I would like to get rid of thats been around a few years. I have used BHA/AHA in the past and current...

Diluting and adding ingredients to Kiss Cleanser
I made a mixture in the foamer bottle of about 25% cleanser and 75% water. The cleanser is a bit drying on my skin, and I am oily. I tried adding more water, which does help a little. I was wondering if I could add any liquid glycerin to the mixture so its more gentle? Also, is there any other ingre...

Ok, so far I think I wear Buttery Gold, as that is the best match. Despite having mostly yellow in my skin, I feel it needs a little kick of something else, like beige? I'm not sure if that makes sense. I just want to tones down the yellow ever so slightly. Which bases should I try to do this with?

Body Wash and Simple Body Lotion
I would LOVE to have a body wash from SN. Something simple, cushiony to calm winter skin, but not oily or greasy and light or no fragrance. That's my biggest wish right now. I've tried a couple from Whole Foods with nothing getting my attention. Now, I'm using Aveeno, since I really like the oatmeal...
