6lbs in a week? Oh my goodness! That's quite the loss! It's amazing how much giving up bread can make a difference. Just a few simple adjustments to your health plans like working out more and drinking more water can make a significant difference, too. Nice work!

My face randomly gets sensitive to products. I think it all depends on it's hydration level. If I don't moisturize enough, I get sensitive to most products. Sometimes acne can be an allergic reaction to food you're ingesting. I'm not sure if this is true for your case, but dairy and gluten can sometimes create constant breakouts. I, too, have read that silica can cause breakouts. I personally have never had a problem with silica, nor have I ever experienced a problem with Silk Naturals. I agree that any ingredient can irritate someone's skin and it's often a matter of trial and error before we can find a product that soothes...

The coconut lip balm is my favorite. I like to first exfoliate my lips with my toothbrush and then I apply the lip balm before bed. When I wake up, my lips are smooth, plump and well moisturized. I'm a huge fan!
