The ingredients look like they're similar to hairspray...although probably in a more skin friendly formula (I haven't tried it). I'd say you might be better off going a skin care route to solve the issue. Something like Green Tea & Aloe or Oil Control Serum might be good choices- and then blott...

I have a sample of Splendid, used a couple of times all over my face, a tiny bit since have oily skin always avoid shiny powders but is very pretty. So this weekend I'll try it on my cheeks.
