man, I've been doing some long walks. But Geez, now I am getting really sore shins & foot arches. I have comfortable, but cheap shoes, maybe it's because I'm on the heavy side? :( :oops: But I'm gonna keep at it & hope it gets better soon. Right now I am trying to avoid eating any chocolate ...

thanks Karen, that was so sweet of you :) You know, it got me thinking, even before I had stretch marks, there was always something I felt disatisfied about my body, eg, wanting to be taller, have bigger boobs, no freckles, ... So even if they go away, maybe I would just look at the next "weake...

Does anyone know how to get rid of them & what to rub on them so they go away? The dark colour part has gone away but they are still there & really obvius!

hey, I have what I think is a brilliant idea (I think...). I read that when you diet, your body goes into a starvation mode which affects your metabolism, slowing it down to be able to get more out of your food & so it makes it harder to loose weight. Soooo, what about if you do the opposite, ie...

Is a "healthy diet" the same healthy diet for everyone? (does that make sense?), or do people have differernet needs depending on their own body? thanks
