I like Crinoline glow as a cheek highlighter, however it does have some color to it so you have to use a light hand.
Also, I know this isn't SN stuff, but if you can find those swirly baked dome powders (I know Revlon has one and Hard Candy have them), they make really nice face highlighters.

I find that natural hairs tend to hold onto powders more instead of depositing them all at once when you put the brush to your skin, so I like natural hairs for color products like blush and eyeshadow.
