Eek I hate when that happens.
I think I've been pretty lucky as I've been able to receive all of my orders in exactly 1 week..and that's to Canada!

I would also like to see a greater variety in concealers available. I've tried the Sleep in a Jar concealer for my under eye circles but I just found it too light for my dark/tanned skin. I would be interested in seeing a peach or green concealer available from SN.

As an avid lip gloss collector, I would definitely like to see the lip gloss in wands in smaller packaging. I'd prefer the smaller amount as I too rarely finish a large sized lip gloss w/ a wand. That being said, I'm excited for these new lip glosses!
