It is best when lips have recently been exfoliated and they are dry. (In the real world this is not always possible! Hi all, I just got my first SN haul yesterday and I'm in love with all the lippies! But I'm struggling with how to use the lip stains. They dry faster than I can spread them and end up looking patchy. Is there a way to use these in order to get an even yet sheer wash of color?
