I have heard amazing things about both these colors, but I can only order one this time. Which will make blue eyes pop, do you think? Or is there another one-color wash that would be better?
I'd like something not super sparkly/shimmery...but not totally matte.

I have blue eyes and I wear Propinquity a lot. It's a great one wash, I just just Cream to highlight.
There isn't much popping going on, but it's a very pretty neutral with a slight golden hue built into the mauve. It has a nice sheen to it too.

I have had Sari since it was a GWP, but honestly haven't worn it much, and I think I even gave it away. Could be just me overlooking its potential, but to recommend something now, I would go with Propinquity.
