I couldn`t remember after how long time I should let pass before I contact SN... When I have emailed them before it usualy takes well over a week before I get a reply so I don`t want to email them unnecessary as they are prob VERY busy right now with a new collection etc.!

In two days time it has been 4 long weeks since I ordered from SN on behalf of my sister, and myself. I am all out and I have a small crisis in my skin because I have used up my facial stuff, so I couldn`t wait any longer to ask what time I should contact SN about my missing orders.
Thanks in advance.

ps. usually it has taken around 8-9 days or never more than 2 weeks from I ordered and untill I got my stuff.

The FAQ page says it can be 4 to 6 weeks for International, even though it is usually about 2.

Right now the international stuff seems to be slower than normal- the UK in particular is crummy.
The best thing to do is to ask at your local post office- sometimes they're held there so they can collect the customs fees on the package.

We ship everything insured, so it will get taken care of, but we can't file the insurance claim until after 6 weeks have elapsed for an international package.

I agree that the international packages can be much, much slower than usual lately - in the past, my orders from the US have generally arrived in 7 days. On more rare occasions, up to 14 days. I've just had a package that took 19 days, which is longer than I've ever experienced in three years of online shopping :P
I hope it turns up soon.

I got my package!! *wooooot* So everything is all gooooood! :D

And Karen, THANK YOU for the new sweet nothing! I didn`t expect it since you allready gave me a personal code as a replacement for Sweet N some weeks back! Do you have a photographic memory or something?

I have not used the code yet (saved it for a rainy day, lol) , but I feel it would be wrong to use it now since you gave me a new Sweet Nothing

Facepalm! I read the faq page and missed this, don`t know how that is even possible, it is RIGHT. THERE!
But I have been super exhausted lately because of hubby struggling with some heavy health stuff, so my head overlooked this completely, sorry, didn`t mean to make a unneccesary thread when the info was right there all along...

I am so glad it got there!

Also, no problem about missing that info on the FAQ page. It is always good to ask if you are worried about something.
