I used up a whole bottle and had some breakouts at te beginning. Then, I took a break and used up my Facelift. Then switched back to AS for my trip this weekend and broke out badly. One side of my face was covered in bumps so much, I thought I had an allergic reaction, but couldn't identify anything. Other bumps are showing up all over my face too. What am I reacting to in AS? Facelift never gave me trouble and super serum was fine too when I could avoid the redness. I'm bummed
Should I try to dilute it? Mix it with moisturizer?

It could be the Awesome Sauce, but since you have used it before, it could be something else. The one side of your face is interesting. Could it be something else from your different surroundings,or could your different surroundings have made your normal initial reaction worse? (I am detergent sensitive and the one side of the face makes me think a pillow....if you sleep on one side more than the other.)

A pillow came to my mind, too. Discard this if it's a crazy idea, but with it being one side of your face, could it be that you sit next to a window, maybe at work or driving, and one side of your face gets more sun than the other and there for is a little more sensitive / reactive? Just a thought. I drive a lot and the one arm I often lean on the drivers door window is covered with freckles and often itchy but the other is white and calm. Same with that side of my neck. (I know, SPF... )

For me I know it was the Capric Capryllic Triglycerides in the Awesome Sauce. I've always had a problem w/ them. It took me YEARS to figure that out. I had to try a sample of Awesome Sauce b/c I have no selfcontrol when it comes to SN's skincare. I get bumps/lumps in places I don't often breakout in when I use products w/ Capric Capryllic Triglycerides. My skin thankfully loves SN's Vit C products!!

Hmmm, not sure. It was suspicious that I was traveling when the breakouts started, so I may have to test again in my routine environment. I broke out from AS before, but never this bad.
It's all good though, I took it because that was the only sample size I had. I can just stick to Facelift for now, and alternate (very carefully and diluted) with Super Serum. I can just use the AS under my eyes
