Cleansing Conditioners and Hard Water

Post by chocolatestrawberry » Sat Aug 23, 2014 11:34 pm

Hi all! I really want to try the Coconut Argan Cleansing Conditioner, but I just moved to San Francisco and the water is super hard! Do any of you know how well the cleansing conditioners work in hard water? Any thoughts, advice, experiences?

The water here practically has pebbles in it, and they work well. We got a filtering shower head a few years back, and it works really well- especially for dry winter skin. You can grab them at Home Depot for about $30. Jen will have to tell you how to install it though- she's the SN plumber :)

I have not installed one, yet! Surely, there is a video on youtube!

My plumbing adventures usually consist of taking apart faucets and replacing gaskets and such..... Not very exciting!

Thanks Karen! I trust SN for my skincare and makeup needs, so I'm excited to move on to hair, too! Will order soon-- and will look into filter shower heads!
