Cream Liner Palette - what am I missing?

Post by feyith » Thu Mar 05, 2015 2:10 am

Are the liners supposed to be hard? I can't figure out how to get enough pigment onto a brush to use and even bought some SN liner brushes to try. Am I doing something wrong or just have an old batch?

Also, whatever happened to Black Cherry and Mahogany? They're so pretty.

Hi, beautiful Feyith! Did you just get the new ones in the New released products? I did not see Black Cherry but Mahogany is in there. The only thing I can think of is to heat them a tad with a blow dryer to soften them up before you put your liner brush in? Things act different when they are cold. (winter time?)If that does not help. Send an email to the ladies on the home page. HTH :D :D

I find the firs few rimes you need to rub the brush a bit more or warm it to get going.

If you used it coming it from the cold, it might just be that. I agree that hitting it with a blowdryer may help regardless. As for me, I've had the same palette since they came out and it's still totally useable (I mostly use it for Halloween makeup). I DO swirl my liner brush around in circles or flip it back and forth kind of roughly on the surface (as opposed to a delicate touch trying to minimize product pickup)

Hi Brenda! :D

I'll try the blow dryer trick tomorrow. Thanks, ladies!
